1 There are three kinds of ptfe rod.

Pressed rod with diameter from 2mm-4mm is manufactured by paste extruding method;

rods with diameter from 5mm to 120mm are made from ptfe suspend resin by ram extruding method; a

nd others diameter between 50mm to 300mm are manufactured by moulding.

       Moulded rod Diameter: 25mm-300mm 100-300mm

3  Advantage:PTFE has the best abilities of chemical resistance and dielectric in all known plastics. It is non-aging, non-stick. It can be used from -180?- +260 degree C under no burthen circumstances. It also has the lowest friction coefficient of all known solid materials.
